To the best of my memory those houses were built by the Ranchos as Spec homes to show prospective buyers and sell. There were several builders at that time. Wish I could get into my stash of memorability. I have the original floor plan and a map showing the locations. Bennington Smith was a prominnate builder but, can't say he built them.
