I live at corner of Benedict and St Ninnians Rd and I have this lovely black cat pop in three times a day for his meals. He’s very timid and won’t let me near him....

Abbey vets were fantasitc with our dog who got knocked down on Christmas Day and ended up with a leg amputation. They were informative, caring, considerate and professional. Our dog is still here and now nicknamed tripod:)

Cats Protection use Abbey Vets. They have lots of experience in dealing with cats of all temperaments. Highly recommend. They also have a car park and a lovely large waiting room giving space for cats to sit away from dogs.

Abbey vets. They were great at all the checks and paperwork when we flew our cars to Houston even although they hadn't really done it before ( they aren't asked to rabies vaccinate cats much)!

Another for Abbey Vets. Unfortunately, we've had to use them for our cats quite a lot in the last 18 months for various reasons and they've been very good.
Looking for recommendations for a vet near kitkton industrial estate?
Lee S. replied:
There's none. Abbey vets which is near police station or the golf which is beside train station.
Sharyn W. replied:
Abbey Vets the one to go to. Animals that go into Gold Vets have to be transported to Montrose adding to their stress. Wonderful team at Abbey Vets. Car parking there too. Nighmare on Keptie St (Golf).
Can anyone advise me which is the best Vet's practice in Arbroath please?
Lorna R. replied:
its definitely personal choice - both vets are excellent however the receptionist/nurse at the Golf Vets really needs to complete a customer services training plan - Golf is very small and any procedures needed means an overnight stay for your pet in Montrose - the Abbey vets c arry out procedures here in their surgery. I have been with Abbey for 5 years now and have always found their service excellent. I'm sure others will say the same for Golf practice.
Lisa M. replied:
Personal choice but i personally don't like any arbroath vets !! I use the Crofts Veterinary Centre in Brechin. Yes its a wee bit away but the vets & vet nurses & office staff are all totally amazing & the pets welfare really is their top priority x
Nicole C. replied:
I have found Abbey Vets great too....even just asking advice from girls on reception.....they are very helpful.

Aww that's great thankyou. All my other pets are registered at Wallace vets in Carnoustie who I couldn't praise highly enough but it's just a hassle taking her to and from Carnoustie if she ever requires the vet. Makes more sense to register her in Arbroath. I'll pop into abbey. Thankyou for your help
