What is your level of technical knowledge? Website, you can really use a wide array of things. Probably be a good idea to have it be HE MLS compatible no matter what you choose. WordPress has some good options. IDX can be had from basically any provider, don't spend more than about $30 a month. Some have options to out it on your website and social media sites for slightly more. Salesforce is the best CRM I have found. Some people like Top Producer as well, it's ok but the mile interface is lacking in my opinion. Billion dollar sales organizations use Salesforce, it is always being improved. For lead generation you need a combination of strageties. The tools vary depending on the stragety. Eg, if I am heavy social media I want to use Google analytics to track traffic to my site. Maybe I use a scheduler combined with analytics. It depends on your budget. Google PPC is awesome is you can afford to have it properly managed and funded.
