The next dog park should be at River Legacy. Right in that lawn next to the Concession stand/bathroom.

I'm running for Arlington City Council at Large and expanding the dog parks with wi-fi hotspots is among my goals. I live near the dog park in South Arlington and its been a great way to promote neighborhood friendships and is a nice selling point to the local real estate market. There are ways to expand the dog parks without impacting tax dollars, and increasing the visibility of local small business owners. I am very interested to hear the community feedback to see what park they feel could benefit from a dog park section. The foundation that I'm a board member of, The Aidmatrix Foundation, facilitated the donation of $470,000 of dog food, or 20 truckload, from Purina to 380 shelter organizations. In Texas, we brought in $165,327, or 7 truckloads of dog food to be distributed to various shelters. If you believe there are innovative business solutions that can enhance our city as an animal friendly community, where its citizens can also work, play, live, and learn, I would appreciate your support and welcome any question you have of me. April 28 th starts early voting and I look forward to making a positve gamechanging impact on the community, while being a strong, effective advocate for our animal friends. https://www.facebook.com/GeraldKernForTexas
