24 hours is tough, since they have to have them in stock. Give Bruce's a call (781.643.5600)... if they can't manage, I've heard good things about Direct Tire in Watertown. (Robin beat me to it!)

I got my new tires at Hogan Tire in Woburn - the price was good (in line with what I could fine online for tires) and they turned it around quickly. They also have a comfortable waiting room.

Shirlington Shell may be ok for a small job but get a second opinion before letting them do any major repairs. (They tried to scare us into paying them $1200 to fix a "blown gasket" on our car right before Christmas a few years ago... we declined .. drove the car 9 hours to Michigan with no problem and went on to drive it for over another year before trading it in when we bought a new car.)
