there arent many hotels very near the airport and the two there are are really expensive. Get the metro to near the Accropolis, which is were most of the hotles are . Hotel Minoan is just one stop from the Accropolis its really cheap, but nice, and the guy who owns it is from Corfu. he'll make you really welcome. you can get a taxi to it but that will cost you about 25 euros.
