Hello Robert, no bus travels at night in Tanzania unlike Kenya. But you can take a shuttle from Arusha to Nairobi and another bus from Nairobi to Mombasa because they do have buses that travel at night to Mombasa. Next option, shuttle to Nairobi Airport and then Jambojet to Mombasa which would cost about $50 each way.
