If you can find someone that studied the style of Dr. Tan in San Diego, its really incredible. Also referred to as "Hands and Feet" style. Seriously - I marinate on the table for 40-50 minutes and feel like I'm floating around the room by the end of it! Truly incredible!!! You just have to make it through the first 10 minutes of getting needles poked in your scalp, toes and hands... if you can relax into that, I guess you can relax into anything. Truly releasing and activating in a deep nervous system kind of way.
