we recently used a fab solicitor in stoke called Alison Abbotts (young and co). Although she wasnt local to us we only went to the office once to sign but we could have done it all by post. She didnt reply on snail mail which was a refreshing change, we would just email her regularly. Very professional and reasonable fees. Highly recommend Alison. We used Roberts Rose who are based in Leicester city centre who were pretty good for us,if I ever popped in during my lunch break to ask a question they were always helpful.

I used Rich and Carr in Oadby and they were amazing. Tgere was a little problem with the extension already built and the chances fees but they sorted it out in days rather than the months it should have taken x
