Anyone have suggestions or ideas on where to have a birthday party for a 10 year old Girl in February? Good deal as well. ...

I've always struggled with that because my son's birthday is in February also. We've always done home parties and done arts and craft that go with the theme of the party. One year it was really nice outside and we had Dye Nation: Parties 2 Dye 4 bring their van out and each child tie dyed a t-shirt. Another year, when the weather was nice, we rented 2 bounce inflatables. You can usually get them "rent one and get one free" around that time of year because their business in so slow. So we got one for the little kids and one for the older kids, in different layouts. I wish we lived closer to Charlotte. They have a great-looking indoor pool that I would love to have a party at. (Ray's Splash Planet - http://charmeck.org/mecklenburg/county/ParkandRec/Aquatics/RaysSplashPlanet/Pages/Waterpark.aspx) Anybody know of a place like that around here? If you are definitely wanting something not at home, try the following website. There are tons of great places listed on it. http://triadmomsonmain.com/my-blog/birthday-party-directory-2014/

Our drop-in daycare at the mall will be open by then and we are going to be offering parties as well...we have a party room and they will have access to all of the games/toys and we do crafts with the kids...we also offer packages where you don't have to do anything except show up (we take care of all the clean-up, cake, ice cream, plates, pizza and drinks)...you can even add a fairy costumed character to take pics with the kids. You can check out our facebook page and message me for more info at https://www.facebook.com/happyhollow2015

Lazer X in Archdale is fun. You get tokens for the arcade and 2 rounds of laser tag.

The Mad Platter in High Point or Pic and Paint in Lexington. The kids can pick out a piece of pottery, paint it, and the company will cure it and you can pick it up a week later when it's ready. It's fun for all ages.

The Growing Place!!! It is at a church in Asheboro. They are rated top stars and their program is actually a model used to train other pre school programs across the state. My son went there and loved it.
