Try Frank Wells..... I don't know if he does that kind of law, but, he handled the case when I sued mg's sperm donor and did a great job...If he doesn't do that kind of law, I am sure he would recommend someone.

I plan on doing a video and posting it about the whole thing. I have called my congresswoman and plan on contacting the Federal Trade Commission as well as national TV stations. I want as many people to know about this as possible. They target small business owners with a pre-qualification for up to $100,000.00 to purchase big equipment. My husband got his bucket truck from them and thought it was paid off after the 60 month lease with a $1 buyout.....only to find there is another year added on "automatically" and then he has to purchase the bucket truck for the "fair market value" after the year is up!! It's insane!! The company is called Five Point Capital. They are out of California and I have discovered about 40 complaints of the exact same scam perpetrated on unwitting victims and lying to them about a lease to purchase with a $1 buyout only to be told "that's not what they signed". Get a copy of your driving record. Hope nothing else is on it lol. Clark Bell can get you a reduction to improper equipment or a prayer for judgement. Improper equipment is no points on your license or insurance. Prayer for judgement is only good if you do not get another ticket otherwise you will have to pay for two of them on your insurance. the worst ticket I have ever had was 111 in a 55 I'm going through Asheville on Interstate 40

Definitely get a lawyer, you could lose your licence for a period of time. Lucas Horner is a great lawyer, and fairly reasonable price for what he can do.
