He's not WAVL but i used to work for Jeff Stahl at Dungan Law downtown - he's good (tell him Mindy recommended) or Erin Dunnuck at Dunnuck Law is a good friend...she does some RE.

Their prices are all pretty close to each other...btw $750-$1000 because they have to do all the title work, mortgage documents, etc. I like Marjorie Macginnis (off Charlotte St) and I've done a few with Philip Price lately (off Brevard). I'm a real estate agent so I've dealt with a few.
