Thank You Stephanie Echols . I have a salon behind my house in Ashville...not really Ashville, but that's the mailing address. I am on County Road 31 which is about a mile off of 411. I am 2 driveways away from the Cool Springs Fire Dept. I groom by appointments only and your dog will be the only one in the salon at the time. This helps them be more comfortable when there are no other dogs barking while grooming. I groom all types of dogs, and actually specialize in "special needs" babies. I have been very successful in working with scared dogs that are so freaked by the grooming process that they are fighting etc. or fear biters. I am a strong believer in staying calm and talking to them while grooming. I have a hydro-massage bathing system that shoots the shampoo all the way to the skin while bathing ensuring the skin gets clean as well as the top layer of coat. I am always continuing my education by networking with groomers all over the world and attending grooming seminars and webinars etc. to ensure that as our industry grows I am able to stay up to date on the latest Tools, Techniques and Products etc. I am a member of the NAPCG (National Association of Professional Groomers) in which our code of conduct is ensuring we only use SAFE grooming products and techniques. Learning about coat and skin and which ingredients are not safe. Unfortunately the grooming industry is NOT regulated so there are no requirements that pet products must only have safe ingredients. Therefore, as groomers it is our responsibility to learn what ingredients are pet safe and which ones are not. Since I am still building my clientele, I can normally get you in fairly quickly (for now anyway) I have recently moved here from Irondale....I was located 3 doors down from the Irondale Cafe.
