Chantelle Entrop - you can also try Ensuites On Tow Cairns for luxury porta loos:-) (they have showers too). Catering: spit roasts are fabulous eg. Highland Spit Roast Catering & Coast to Coast The Golden Roast - Australia. We've also recently had Wood Fired Pizzas as a real hit at weddings by Hungry Possum Wood Fired Pizzas and Catering & Coral Coast Catering. If you are still looking for further variety, you cannot go past talking with local cafe owners/caterers for varied menus at reasonable prices too. Finally, for bar service, I can recommend first hand Little Vintage Bar & Van (they travel up north for the Winter season May-Oct 2016) or Andjenita's Mobile Catering (now based in Tarzali).
