I've been repairing phones for 3 years with thousands of repairs under my belt and definitely am the most experienced & qualified repair technician in the area. I was the assistant manager at CPR for two and a half years, where I was professionally trained AND trained others professionally after developing and techniques and pioneering repairs no one else could do. Earlier this year I left to start my own business - Andy Fixes Phones. I've also had to re-repair a lot of phones that were messed up by people doing $70 repairs, including repairs that were done by Cellairis in the mall, whose price for an iPhone 5 is around $129. Samantha probably had an iPhone 4S repaired there, not a 5.. unless they changed their prices pretty drastically recently. I offer a warranty on all of my work, can meet you almost any time & place.
