Ed at 888-0411. He has done a wide range of things for me and I like his work. (replacing screens in doors, hanging racks, minor things to my vehicle, adjusting crooked door hardware, toilet repair--I know I am leaving things out). I know he also does construction work and his wife refinished my decks. My roommate does odd jobs and always goes to Ed if he needs technical assistance. I think he would be a great find for an absentee landlord because he is so versatile and knowledgeable.
