I agree with Scott....something he is allergic to/ or sensitivity....could it be animals? Dander? Get rid of all dryer sheets....does he wear all cotton? I feel so bad for him....it took me 3 allergists and my own research...I use only soap,shampoo, lotions with no added fragrances or chemicals.Mostly Shea butter and coconut oil.
