There is nothing special about Nissan that requires a specialist, any good mechanic would be able to service the brakes. I recommend Good Looking Dave's. He's been my mechanic for years and has worked on all my cars, including two Nissan vehicles.

I would suggest Peak Performance as an option. Both of my sons' have Xterra's and have them serviced at Peak. They take care of my 4Runner and my XC70 Volvo as well. Family business with knowledgeable people. Peak Performance is located at 2810 South 400 West in Salt Lake City, phone 801-466-8600. I have taken my cars to them for at least 20 years.

I've taken my vehicles, one of which is an Infiniti, to Flinns automotive a few times. I've been really happy. They've done good work, they're honest and have a fair price.
