Dr. Tom! We switched to him after I saw Dr mariwalla twice. She was terrible, which was shocking bc people loved her. She didn't take head circumference, didn't give me a sheet for the immunizations, rushed out of the room ( I had to stop her to ask question - she wouldn't even look me in the face) the staff were incredibly rude. Also waited 20 mins with my 2 week old when there was no one in the office. Waste of time. We LOVE dr. Tom. He is excellent!

Ordinarily I would say suffolk pediatrics. They were my doctors and up until now, my children's. I'm currently having a lot of health issues now that are being traced back to misdiagnoses and over use of antibiotic as a child. In addition my son is 23 months old does not speak and has suffered terrible ear infections all his life. Dr. Z and Dr. W insisted it was "behavioral" and just told me to give him tylenol to sleep...for TWO years! Well now were being treated at cohens children's hospital by ENT specialist. Bypass suffolk pediatrics...they are very old school medicine and this is a business for them - the patient care stinks. Although I will say the newest dr, dr Nancy that is there, was very helpful!!

I ran out of Suffolk Peds when my daughter was 5, had 105 fever and Zanolin left her undressed in the room for over an hour after he had already been in and took temp. Woletsky is a creep. I know adults who went there as children and a woman who worked there they backed-up my bad feelings. Dr. Mariwalla in West Islip is awesome and so is Nagapal (they call him Dr. Bobby) but skip Cerniello who is in their office.

I agree with Jenn Ciancarelli.Same thing happened with my child at Suffolk Pediatric. Also I reported Dr. Woletsky to the Suffolk pediatric board bc I did not like the way he treated my son.He also has a report against him from 2009.

Dr. Zanolin/ Woletsky must be great for SOME BUT we were plagued by misdiagnosis with him. Initially it was him not believing my niece was sick, he kept changing her formula until she finally ended up in the PICU for severe dehydration. Then they didn't believe mom when she said she was concerned about her speech/development. Mom was told repeatedly that she was talking to fast. Finally, at 3.5 the doctors asked mom why she didn't bring up concerns sooner when she met all the criteria for Autism. The child missed years of early intervention because the doctors did not communicate with each other and did not listen to mom.

We use Dr. Mariwalla's office. All of the doctors there are great.

West Islip Pediatrics with Dr George and Dr Bonafede..very personal and thorough. LOVE all the doctors there. I was not happy at Suffolk Pediatrics...they always misdiagnosed my kids or said virul and had to go back days later to get medicine. They were also very quick and I like when a doctor spends time with you.
