If you're on an iOS device, it says "Pinned post" on top of the group below the group name in the app Also, make sure your language isn't on Pirate and totally embarrass yourself like I did because I couldn't find "Desktop" XD And don't worry about it. There's a tiny bit of learning curve when it comes to Facebook group etiquette
