Dave Core from Voodoo does awesome work. My advise is that u go look at my he artist work. Each artist may have something that they specialize in. My Dave could be the best for my style but u may want a different style that he might not be great at.

I agree Tessa Sprague .. Sensitive touch in sandusky does some good stuff. Serenity tattoo and da Vinci's in port Huron both have quite a few tattoo artist who specialize in different things. Also the electric chair in Clio is awesome! As far as red rum haven't seen work done from there. But as far as word of mouth haven't heard any bad things.
