Looking for CPA testing insights... I'm currently studying for the AUD exam. I am studying 12+ hours a day and will take it May 27. Is two and a half weeks enough to...

12 hours a day for 2 weeks is around 170 ish hours. When I took AUD I probably took it on 100 hours of study time. If these are quality study hours you should be fine. If you haven't already, I'd recommend Ninja Notes (another71.com) to supplement your Becker materials. The Ninja Notes are dumbed down to make high-level sense of each section. Definitely helped me a ton. Good luck.

Do as many sims as possible, especially the sims where you look up the code. They are really easy points that you shouldn't miss. Make sure you know how to manage your time. The best metaphor I ever heard for the cpa is that it's 2 miles long but 2 inches deep. That metaphor really applied to audit more than any other section.

12 hours a day seems like a lot. Are you retaining it all?

If you were already familiar with audit topics, then you should be fine. The only thing that got me was the Government stuff, because it doesn't really follow a pattern. I felt like mine was heavy on it.
I'm going to need an accountant when I get back to Iowa, anyone have a recommendation on someone who is relatively cheap but good?

Larry Fenner at A Plus Accounting.

Cheap and good don't usually go together for tax purposes. You get what you pay for. I love Pam Jerabek at Voelschow and Associates in Cedar Rapids. She isn't cheap. But she's great!
