Banbury Therapy Centre offers a free half an hour assessment, call 01295 231320 to make an appt. it is mostly private practitioners but there are low cost options available, all discussed at the assessment. Cath, pop down to Citizens Advice and have a chat. It's challenging work helping people from all walks with a variety of issues, you get superb training and can pick your hours. If you look at citizensadvice.org.uk you will see the type of work you can get involved with.

The Town Centre Has loads to offer if you look for it. Much better than trying to find a car parking space at the weekend in the out of town big brands. Keep IT LOCAL I say.
