Hey Kavita I have some experience with this. So you can talk to e-ink directly. Issue with them is that they are not so serious about small requirements and I think they do not provide a dev kit anymore. You can also checkout Pervasive Displays (http://www.pervasivedisplays.com). Those guys have dev kits as well as more responsive than E-Ink directly. Hope that helps!

there's no local source for this. seeed sells them. Pervasive Displays has open sourced the design, via RePaper, for EPD up to 2.7" size max. We made the ePaper badges for OHS2013 in collaboration with RePaper and seeed. http://wyolum.com/projects/badger/
