I ride at Mallard House riding stables at Wortley (on way to Penistone, I live at Birdwell and it takes me about 10-15 mins drive it's just at the other side of the M1) and although their general lessons are from 4 years old, they do something called 'Tiny Tots' session on Saturday afternoons I think so may cater for slightly younger with that. That's awful. Try Wosskow Brown solicitors. They're based Sheffield/Barnsley but they travel. They're a nice team and specialise in equine law so worth a conversation with them. First mtg is also free of charge. Good luck!
