Secret Garden did a disappointing job with the church flowers for a friend's daughter's wedding. They didn't do the arrangements in situ so they weren't suitably proportioned to their positions and looked like coffin flowers. Denise did get them to address the problem but a professional florist shouldn't have made such a fundamental error.
