Mark DePero was NOT the chef... He was the head soup maker/carry-out manager/part owner until his untimely death about 10 years ago. Raffy Harro took over well before Mark passed on. Salvator Harro was the Executive Chef for MANY years, and Raffy's uncle. Trust me dude I worked there 6 days a week for almost 8 years during this whole change. Mark was a GREAT GUY AND A GOOD FRIEND, i MISS HIM DEARLY.
