Worthington State Forest does not allow alcohol either and the Rangers make frequent checks through out the day an night as they make their rounds through the whole camp grounds at each site!!! Used to camp there all the time back in the day when it was true camping! If your not roughing it....it's not camping as far as I'm concerned LOL!! They modernized it years ago, with to many things that took the real camping feeling away:( We don't go anymore now plus the bear population has become an issue as well!! It never used to get bears back in the day!! Memorial Day and the 4th of July were always are favorite time to go and start the camping season off!! We sure do miss the good ole days of real camping:-)
