My neice works for Dr. Parker, he has multiple locations. I used Dr. Hiller I don't know where his office is anymore but he was good too.

I went to Dr. Hiller for TMJ and had to wear a retainer for years, he is very good and he is not "bully" of a Dr. he is very straight forward and tells you everything up front. You won't be disappointed.
