If you have insurance, Dr. Nick VanDeMoortel. He's out in the fort. GREAT with kids, and adults. He doesn't like inflicting pain so is VERY careful. He doesn't pull teeth, so you'd have to go to an oral surgeon for that. But, he is expensive if you don't have insurance.

We see Dr Shockley in Portage, and he doesn't push fluoride at all. He's also fine with reduced x-Rays and while I don't have any fillings, I know he uses composite filling material.

I wrote a comment but it is not here. Maybe I accidentally deleted it. If it shows up twice, I apologize. I go to Dr. Houghtaling and he is great. I am not crazy about the other dentist in his office so I always ask for him. I had terrible experiences growing up at the dentist so Dr. Houghtaling sings to me while he works! My husband goes to Dr. Etheridge and he really likes him.
