I don't know any that have a decent price, but Carolyn Drew is excellent. Most attorneys won't help someone fill out forms; they want to handle the entire case so they can collect your $15,000+. There are other options, though. If you're lower income, there are volunteer attorneys who can help you. Washington created new forms last year that now have very simple wording and are easy to fill out. They are available online, in the law library, or you can buy a packet at the Clerks Office. WA created new forms because so many people were representing themselves, and the old forms were challenging for those without an attorney. Also, if you happen to be a student at Clark College, you get one free consult with an attorney. One other option, Washington recently created something called Limited Licensed Legal Technician. The first ones just started working last year. Their purpose is to help people fill out forms, but they are not allowed to give any legal advice. This first "batch" of LLLT's have a lot of experience working family law, and also have to work under the supervision of an attorney for a period time. They are a lot cheaper then an attorney, and will help with forms, unlike an attorney. Problem is, the nearest one on the list is in Longview. http://www.wsba.org/Licensing-and-Lawyer-Conduct/Limited-Licenses/Legal-Technicians/Directory#Longview2
anyone know of a family/child custody lawyer who works voluntarily? It would be for a non-legal family member regarding custody. I can pm exact details. Thanks

For my paternity case I used a guy named Joshua Pops in Vancouver. $1800 retainer (that gets you 10 hours). He handled my case to my satisfaction and he specializes in family law.
