I'm after recommendations for preschools and/or childcare centres in The Ponds. My first choice would be an actual preschool if there's one??

From my experience! Don't bother with kinder-land its almost impossible to get into. Berry Patch Kellyville ridge is fantastic. Yes there is a wait list but persevere. With time u will get a place. The Ponds Early Learning centre: long wait list now apparently. Goodstart Early Learning Kellyville Ridge is good and has reduced fees for the more days tour child goes. Which is unlike Berry Patch. A bigger centre too so more chance getting in. We have a Major shortage with Daycare and preschools. I had to send one child to Berry Patch Rouse Hill as initially I couldn't get him in to the kellyville ridge one. The key to getting a place be nice and friendly to the Directors, fill in and return application forms and pay deposit if required. You are higher up the list if you do and stay in contact as well. That way they know you are still interested and will remember to call you possibly first before others.

Not sure of the actual Ponds- but people rave about Goddard Cres in QHill as an actual pre school- I haven't used it but know a lot who have. For a long day care I used Hopskotch in Schofields- They were amazing, staff are over qualified and the kids were taught so much and were all a leg up when starting kindy! Neither of them are far from the Ponds- not even a 5 min drive. Good Luck!

The Ponds ELC is AMAZING! only 2 and overs. We moved here mid last year and my daughter moved ahead leaps and bounds in school readiness for this year in the 5 months she was there compared to where she was before. Which was a pre-school (over 3 yrs, 9-3 school term days).
