Depends on how old it is...Consumer Reports recommends if 9 yrs or older get a new one. A friend of my aunt's who use to work for GE is on his own, really nice, honest guy...he's licensed, lives in Antioch area, but he came to my home in Pinole...Mark Kerr 925-783-5258...if it makes a difference both of his sons joined the military.
