English speaking Dentist office at Rehov Hazvi 4 here in Be'er Sheva. The Dentists are Dr. Dahvid Wolf, Dr. Marc Wachspress,. The phone number is 08-642-4977. The dentists, hygenist, and office staff all speak English (when you first call they will speak Hebrew, but just ask and they switch to English).

Clalit is almost everywhere in the country and I think you get a free dental cleaning once a year. Bank Jerusalem is the only bank I know of that doesn't charge fees.

Have been with Clalit with Plainum and Bank Leumi since we came seven years ago. No problems with either.

As Justine knows, I do recommend Maccabi. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. As Karen suggests, get the highest coverage you can afford. I would go private for dental services, although Maccabi dental are OK, just OK.

The majority of the israelis are at Clalit, it speaks for itself, plus they very accessible and have dental care almost everywhere. As to the bank, choose the one with the lowest commissions- as long as you don't have plans on mortgage or long term loan, Bank Otsar is cool:)
