Hi. I work with a Student housing company and we have bought many properties in Beer Sheva. As a result, I have met most of the agents. We now work only with Assaf Maymon who has shown to be very professional and knows the market well. His number is 0506775263. His english is good. I can also recommend a very good, fluent English speaking real estate lawyer. He will hold your hand to walk you through the process.

Vivian Dincin helped us find our great rental. Went above and beyond in helpinv facilitate our short term move from US with exactly what we needed within our odd five month time period. Chargers broker fee but everything is above board versus person to person rental agreements. I found her through AACI realtor recomendation list and anglobeersheva ( may be under anglobeersheba) yahoo group, another awesome resource.
