Great personalities and knowledge ...Please be aware no primary care physicians make inpatient hospital visits ... per BMH policy inpatients are seen by staff physicians "hospitalists" and only they can admit patients. This does not apply to surgery patients and ob patients.

Just went to Dr. Pam Edwards on Lady's Island next to Fuji and Upper Crust TODAY. That's right she was available today!!! She is awesome and so is her staff!! X-ray and labs drawn on site and Friday hours too!

Don't know where he is working locally now, but Dr Peter Munson is the absolute best diagnostician and has a wonderful bedside manner. Worth the search to have him as a primary care provider!!!!!!! Miss you Dr Munson. Wish you were still at naval hospital Beaufort:(((

Thanks for all the recommendations!! Sounds like Dr. Edwards is pretty popular, after looking at her website I think I remember seeing her once at the Naval Hospital when my husband was active duty.

I love Dr Dalbow at Beaufort internal medicine on Lady's Island. Office next door to dairy queen. He speaks frankly with you in terms you will understand. and take as much time as needed for your appointment.

Oh Dr Daldow will see you if your admitted to hospital. Not many doctors make hospital visits any more... mostly its done by the hospital MD's and reports are sent to your primary.
