Donna LeClair a good friend of mine was just diagnosed with Gout. Her foot was killing her just like yours. Uric Acid gets into your joints in your foot and turns into crystals that stab you. She got a prescription for it and was told to stay away from red meat and nuts. Eating cherries and drinking pure cherry juice relieves the pain. I hope this helps.
