There is this therapy I go and get called Bowen therapy and emmet therapy. It helped my with chronic head pains I got it done for the first time on Wednesday. And it's cheap! Pm me for more details of you like hun happy to pass along information xx

I've suffered from that too. It hurts. I also found heat packs and panadol to help and my dr and chiro showed me specific stretches to help. My chiro is Newton Small at Kambah chiro clinic. Not sure how you will go getting chiro this late in the pregnancy. Good luck hope you get some relief.

I had a caesarean for my first, 9 pound posterior baby after a 12 hour labour and 2 hours pushing with no change, twisted pelvis. I had chiropractic care for my second pregnancy and had a 2.25 hour labour also with a 9 pound baby, much much better! Highly recommend the guys at Chiro Healthworks at Woden too!

Highly recommend Steph Campbell at Vitality Health in Tuggeranong. She's been looking after me for years, and is being extra careful with me now that I'm pregnant, but she's excellent at keeping me comfortable now (currently 28 weeks).
