So, this morning I was diagnosed with an ulcer on my cornea! Although the doctor diagnosing the problem seemed rather unprofessional in many ways, and in my opinion did...

You need to see an Ophthalmologist not an eye doctor(Optometrist) . Dr. Rosenbaum(517/313-2020) in Lansing did both my cornea lens transplants. Ophthalmologists do surgery's on the eyes and can better diagnosis eye problems. I'm sure that would be who Harper Wildern would send you to as my dr., Dr. Olhmstead is in the same office (517/543-2020) sent me to.
My daughter works for Dr. Flohr at Advanced Eyecare in Hastings. He is a very good doctor.
Sheila I. replied:
Hey Lori, Judy Terpening highly recommended Dr. Flohr!:)
Lydia H. replied:
Kyle Booher or Harper Wildren in Charlotte.
Amy P. replied:
We go to Kyle Booher. He is at Eaton Rapids Eye Care and I believe he still comes to Lake-O once a week on Thursdays also. Always been very pleased with his work and opinions.
Scott H. replied:
Harper is Jeff Wildrens son. He graduated with my son, Scott. His younger brother Joe is a pharmacist too. He is named after his Great Grandfather who started the drug store. I think the dr. in Hastings is a cousin. The dentist at Dr. Maier's in Charlotte is a sister???? not sure. Heidi would know all of them.
Cindy B. replied:
I have had one before. I see Dr Darin in Charlotte and he was wonderful. It was very painful.
Sheila I. replied:
Dr. Darren was actually recommended by the pharmacy assistant where I was earlier today. I just received a very nice facebook message from a local optometrist. This thread was forwarded to him by another friend. Thanks Scott Hansen!!! The doctor's message was so nice, helpful, and very throughtful! I'm planning to make an appointment with him as soon as possible to have him look and see what he thinks.
