Anyone recommend a chiropractor? Have massive neck and back pain.
Niall O. replied:
I do these stretches for my neck every day, I have the same symptoms as you're saying hold each for about 10 secs even if you feel They aren't doing much. Repeat them up to ten times a day or more if you feel they help, if you feel any acute pain stop immediately. http://www.howardnorthrup.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/head_neck_stretches.jpg
Niall O. replied:
Ian Harrison who do you use?
Ian H. replied:
Chris if you can get an appointment with Johnny Sinclair who works in Ryans, he's definitely the best. Avoid Mr Jackson, he's definitely the worst. In the short term put ice/frozen peas on it for 10 mins at a time and try to stretch gently, worst thing to do is nothing. Keep moving.
