I don't think I am entitled either. I've just gone in and they have a set of fees they charge non-members. If you are looking for "cheap" that is the way to go. But these days I really only use the private clinics and I find they are reasonably priced. Look for Vizim (airport city only), Dr Ristic and Jedro.
