Animal Friends of Barbour County on old route 250 below the fairgrounds.

I don't think they have one, and if you call on an animal they are just killed:( Barbour County Animal Friends is a rescue organization who tries to save and rehome animals, but they are not the city pound, and do not get any money from the city or county, only donations from individuals.
