I would recommend looking into going to an acupuncturist. I'm even afraid of needles but sucked it up and I was so grateful. Was in a bad car accident 3 1/2 years ago and I tried everything to relieve the pain and nothing worked until I got acupuncture. I go see Dr Bole but he's in Gainesville and it might be a bit of a trek.
