Pure City in Pine Bush is excellent with a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. It is vegetarian but unbelievably delicious and the food is presented like art. Even carnivores will enjoy it!

Crust, Danny's Wurtsboro very good, Mountain view is a few miles off the highway, but worth it. Johns Harvest Inn, pricy but good17 M almost Middletown. Coloseo, Albella, Yanni Monticello, does grilled veggies anyway you want it

I believe Aroma Thyme resteraunt in Ellenville is vegan. You may want to give it a try. I personally havn't been. Just a few choices for you.

Bobby Van's. They have a room that will accommodate a party. They have a number of locations in NYC as well....not cheap!
