Do you have your heart set on Mexico? We went to the Club Med in Florida - Sandpiper Bay. We went there b/c my inlaws live about 30 min away and were meeting us. We had such a great time!! Punta Cana hard rock is awesome..we went there one year and it was great. Moon Palace in Cancun is great too.

Playa Del Carmen (just south of Cancun) is great for all-inclusive resorts my family went twice, once when my sister and I were about those ages. We really liked the GALA resort for all-inclusive, but be sure to take a day trip to Cozumel, the glass-bottom-boat tours of the coral reefs are worth it alone, for all ages.
