Looking to get a solar panel setup that can fit in my luggage rack as that space goes unused. I've looked at GoWesty and Van-Cafe that sell solar panel kits but they all...

Go to Amazon.com. they've had some good priced panels lately. I have a 100W and a 55W mounted to the poptop.

Running a heater on a deep cycle will not be a good idea. You'll get about 45 minutes of heat before you deplete your battery. Harbor Freight has been selling those ancient 15 watt panels in packs of 3 for $150. Do the math, you can get a single 100 watt panel for less than that and it's half the size. I can't tell you how many people have bought them and saw my setup putting out 3X the power for less money.

I really like the Windy Nation one shared earlier: http://www.windynation.com/Polycrystalline-Solar-Kits/WindyNation-Inc/200-Watt-Polycrystalline-Solar-Panel-Complete-Kit-for-RVs-Boats-and-Off-Grid/-/322 Polycrystalline panels seem best and this price is pretty competitive.

WIndy Nation. Get the 200 watt kit and mount it on the poptop towards the rear. Then get lifters for the poptop. and a deep cycle marine battery. this will run a TF. Harbor Freight is cheap, but you get what you pay for.
