I just ripped down mine because of a misfire in the same cylinder, replaced the coil packs and it's been as good as new. My car was a bitch to even get to the plugs, but if you know how to unscrew something, then you know how to screw it back together...maintenance stuff is pretty simple. But, I ended up changing out all 6 coil packs and plugs, did it myself and saved like $800.
