Two Guys Plumbing 8567842066 Great guys and reasonable pricing. I had them replace a faucet in my bathroom and it was about $150 if memory serves. They're my household plumber and have used them for several jobs.

If you dont have to do any pipe work you'd be surprised how easy it is to change. I know you said you know your limitations but if you can use a wrench you're pretty much good to go. Just look up a few YouTube videos or something. Just turn the shutoff (which should be right under the sink), take the hot and cold hoses off, figure out what's holding the faucet down and loosen it and it should come out. Then just reverse the steps to put it back in. If you cant then you're not gonna find a professional that will do it for anything less than around 200 which is a total rip off for what they're doing
