We went to Salt Air on Sat evening at 630 and was told there was a 2 hour wait. Luckily, we snagged a seat at the bar and we loved the food. Thanks for the suggestions...cant wait to try them all.

We love Salt Air. They will take reservations up till six if you don't mind eating early. The weekends still fill up fast though, even at this time year.
