We used Anthony Picou he's awesome and a good family friend. He's located in Patterson. I like him a lot too bc he had the camera to look into the walls for termite damage and water damage that we couldn't see since we were buying an older home and didn't want to end up like my parents lol. That cost a little more if you want it but I think it's so worth it!
